Stuck, or something not doing what you expected? This is the quickest way to get it sorted.

## Ask ThemeSpot first

Many questions can be answered in chat. Try:

- “What’s live and what’s still a draft?”
- “Why isn’t my change on the live page?”
- “Can you edit my theme?”

## Common questions

**My change isn’t on the live site.** ThemeSpot’s edits stay as drafts until they’re published. Publish from HubSpot, or ask ThemeSpot to take it live and approve the card. See [Approvals and autonomy](https://themespot.app/docs/approvals?hsLang=en).

**A theme I’ve just deployed isn’t showing.** ThemeSpot’s copy of your templates and modules catches up shortly after a deploy. If it still looks behind, press **Sync**.

**ThemeSpot says it can’t make a change.** It tells you where that change gets made instead: HubSpot settings for domains, menus and the global header and footer, or the theme editor for design changes. See [Which themes can ThemeSpot edit?](https://themespot.app/docs/theme-capabilities?hsLang=en)
