Terms of service
The service
Themespot is an AI workspace for HubSpot websites, provided by Your Web Consultant Ltd.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for the people you give access to.
Your HubSpot portal and content
You own your portal and its content. You authorise us to read it and, on approval, to write to it.
Approvals and autonomy
You control the dial. Changes you approve are yours.
AI output
AI output may be wrong. The checks reduce that risk but do not remove it; review before you approve.
Tokens and billing
Tokens, plans and top-ups are billed through Stripe. A plan’s allowance does not roll over.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and only on portals you are authorised to change.
Availability and support
The service is in beta and provided on a best-efforts basis.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior 12 months, with no liability for indirect loss.
Termination
Cancel any time; your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
England and Wales.

We will post changes to these terms on this page.
